- Contact form: If you send a note through the Let’s Talk page, the name, email address, and message you provide are sent to me by email so I can respond.
- Lead magnet: If you request the “When Growth Gets Messy” framework, your email address is collected so the framework can be delivered and so I can occasionally share related writing. You can unsubscribe anytime.
- Analytics: The site may use basic analytics to understand overall traffic (pages visited, general location, device type). This data is aggregated and is not used to identify individuals.
How information is used
Information you submit is used only to respond to you, deliver what you requested, and improve the site. I do not sell or rent personal information.
