Growth Mess Diagnostic
Figure out what’s really stuck.
Something is off.
The team is busy, but not fully aligned. Sales feels too dependent on a few people. Follow-through is inconsistent. Priorities keep shifting. Decisions keep coming back to you. The business still works, but it’s getting harder to run than it should be.
That usually means the old way has reached its limit.
The Growth Mess Diagnostic gives you a clear outside read on what’s actually happening, where the drag is coming from, and what needs to happen next. In three weeks, we look at the situation, find the pattern underneath the symptoms, and turn the mess into practical next steps.

How It Works
Week 1
Context
You’ll share the background that matters: goals, challenges, org structure, sales process, team issues, metrics, priorities, notes, decks, and anything else that helps explain the situation. We’ll also have a focused diagnostic conversation about what feels stuck, what’s changed, where the pressure is showing up, and what you may be too close to see clearly.
Week 2
Pattern Finding
I’ll look for the issue underneath the symptoms. Depending on the situation, this may include stakeholder conversations, deeper analysis, or reviewing how decisions, sales, communication, ownership, and follow-through actually move through the organization. The goal is to find the pattern. Scattered symptoms create scattered action. Clear diagnosis creates useful movement.
Week 3
Findings
We’ll walk through what I’m seeing, where the old way is breaking down, and what needs to happen next. You’ll leave with a clearer view of the real issue, the areas creating drag, and the next move that makes the most sense.
What You’ll Receive
1
Growth Mess Report
A clear summary of what’s really going on, where the drag is coming from, what appears to be a symptom, what appears to be the root issue, and what needs attention next.
2
Diagnostic Scorecard
A practical read on the areas most likely creating friction, including direction, ownership, sales or growth, team alignment, operations, communication, financial clarity, and leadership load.
3
Findings Call
A 90-minute working session to walk through the findings, talk through the implications, and decide what happens next.
What It Helps You Decide
By the end, you should have a clearer sense of what needs to be clarified, stopped, built, delegated, changed, handled now, handled later, or left alone. The next step may be advisory, a focused sprint, hands-on support, fractional leadership, a referral, or no further engagement.
The point is to figure out what’s actually needed.
